RCOS extra documents required

Post by Chandra581 » Sun Jan 13, 2019 8:30 pm

Hi All,

My sponsor has applied for RCOS on 24th December and my sponsor received a mail from home office on 27th December asking for the supporting documents.

My sponsor sent required documentation on 10th January. On 11th January my sponsor received another email from home office for additional information and he has provided the required details on the same day itself but after 7 pm.

My question is, whether our application will be considered for January allocation process or will it be moved for February Allocation process.

I am bit anxious about the process

Please help me

Best regards
Chandra

It possible it could be in the January allocation meeting but might delay to February. Impossible for any members on the forum to know for sure and also hugely dependent on what HO has asked your sponsor for.

I have also opened the January RCoS thread now and changed your topic heading.

Maintenance Certificate

Post by Chandra581 » Tue Jan 15, 2019 3:59 pm

Hi,

During RCOS application, my sponsor didn't check the tick box for Maintainance. Today we have received the mail from HOme Office that our application is approved and they granted requested RCOS.

During the COS Assigning process, my sponsor didn't get the option to enable the maintenance certification.

Is it okay if they put the same in notes during assigning the COS?

Will Home Office consider that?

Please help me with this.
