marriage to a eu citizen - wanting to live in the uk(non eu)

My fiance and I are planning to get married later next year! We are thinking of living in the UK. I am Australian and he is French. Is it possible for us both to live and work in the UK. If so, what are the procedures?

Your EEA national spouse needs to be exercising treaty rights in order for you to live in the UK together (treaty rights typically involve studying, working, or seeking employment in the UK, or self-sufficiency).
