Medical Insurance for Mother on Visitor Visa

Have anyone taken private medical insurance for a family member on a visitor visa. I wanted to take in case of an unexpected illness in the UK.

Yes many have and you would need to do your own research based on your mothers current circumstances and any existing health conditions.

If she already has the visa and has already traveled to the UK, you might find it difficult to find insurance as she is not a resident of the UK.
