MN1 Parent Consent form

Hi,

For MN1 registration, if Consent Form is signed by both parents in the case that they are separated, is that enough or would there still be a requirement to add additional documents.
It has been signed by both parents as none has issues however not sure if Separation documents needs to be attached or whether it affects consent in any way.
