6 months gap in Tier 2 - ILR 5 year Route

Post by warhead » Sun Mar 24, 2019 10:36 am

Hello All,

I have question, please can you all help me with it.

I first got my Tier 2 vias approved in Nov 2014, then on Feb 2016 employer's licence was revoked. I have then applied for Tier 2(change in employment) in feb 2016 and heard nothing until July 2016. In end of July 2016 I cancelled my application and applied visa different employer on 2nd Aug 2016 and got the visa which is valid until Nov 2019.

I have not got paid between Feb 2016(when my first employee's licence was revoked) and July 2016, can you please confirm if my five year period(Nov 2014-Nov 2019) is still valid given the gap mentioned above?
Am I still eligible for ILR in OCT 2019 (4 years & 11 months since Nov 2014)?

Thanks,
S

There is no issue regarding gap provided you had a valid visa during the whole time.
