Naturalisation after ILR - Document checklist

Hi all,

I am in the process of completing AN form at the moment. However after searching this forum i was unable to find a definitive list of documents needed to support my application. As of now here is the list of documents i have ready with my application

1. AN Form
2. Passport
3. ILR BRP
4. Life in the UK Pass certificate
5. NARIC Statement of Compatibility
6. My Original degree certificate
7. Print out of the Points based calculator (to show my degree is in the list of NARIC approved qualifications)
8. Letter from Employer confirming my employment
9. Bank statements for the past 6 month s
10. Council tax letter for this year (and past)
11. Photocopy of UK driving license
12. Table with breakdown of all travels out of UK in the last 5 years (showing days absent from UK)

I do not YET have the certificate of good character.

** Could someone tell me what is the format i need to use?
** Is there a list of professions those are acceptable referees for this purpose. I was hoping to get my GP give me a certificate, plus ask one of my colleagues who is a British citizen to do the second one. Is IT manager an acceptable profession for the purpose of giving this certificate?

Other than that, does the list above look alright? Is there any other document that i should include as part of my applciation?

You don't need these.
I do not YET have the certificate of good character.
What do you mean by this? Where does it ask you to provide this certificate? OR do you mean the referees pages in the application form??

I did not realise i have to get my referees fill their details in the AN form itself and i dont need a separate letter of good character.

Updated list of document as follows

Do you think these are enough? No document for address proof etc

You don't need 8 & 9

9 already there in the AN form, no need to provide duplicate information.
