Naturalisation Application From Outside UK

I am currently in process of applying for my naturalisation of British citizenship. I currently hold ILR status and my anniversary to apply for naturalisation is in December. I have not spent more than 90 days outside UK. I will be outside UK due to my recent job. I do have a home in UK and pay mortgage on it. My wife visa is ending next year but don't plan to extend given she won't be living in UK. I do have a child with British passport. I can come to UK for biometric as that would be required. My current mortgage is buy to live and I intend not to change in near future. So will still be paying it. My intention is to be nack in UK after 5 years.

My question is

1. Does me being residing abroad for job during my application process does that impact the decision making process.
2. Not renewing my wife visa does that also impact my application in any way.

You need to apply within the uk. It is not an apllication you can make abroad in these circumstances. You are required to list accurately, all your absences, which you can ot do if you are abroad.

Working abroad and attempting to apply abroad will almost certainly raise questions about your future intentions.

What if I do submit the application whilst in UK but once the application is submitted I move abroad to join my new job would that in any way hinder in decision making.

Are you applying as the spouse of a British citizen? If you are applying in your own right, you are declaring you intend to live in the UK. Having a job abroad wouldn't be seen favourably.

OP not a spouse of British citizen as spouse is on a visa they are not renewing.
