Naturalisation application- no confirmation from UKVI after biometric appointment

Hi,

I applied for Naturalisation(Spouse visa for 5 years+ a few months with ILR) in May. I submitted my application on May 5th, submitted my documents before the appointment and had my biometric appointment on May 15th. I received a confirmation email from TLS following my appointment (on May 15th) stating that my application and biometrics will be sent off to UKVI. In the same email, it states that UKVI will confirm receipt of my application. However, to this day, I haven't received anything from UKVI. As it has been a while, I am worried that my application hasn't been through. Is it the case that UKVI only contacts once the decision is finalised? If not, where can I request help to ensure whether my application has been transferred and is in process? I appreciate any help as there is not much guidance on the government or TLS website for after the application.
