yes defintiely explain how you were granted status. put a copy of your mother's department letter in, and maybe her passport (to show stamps)zzz wrote:You will be just finetobi23 wrote:I would like to find out the possibility of an 18 year fulltime student whom has been legally living in ireland since 2001
just get a attendance letter from every school you were at since 2001
and same from your current college
then docs to confirm your status as a full time student
and docs to confirm your parents status here and their financial ability to support you
describe your story in a cover letter
DoJ do accept applications from people like you - my son just did that in April/May 2009.
Good luck
school as in primary or secondary school? hardly?
