naturalisation for under 16

Hello,
I am about to apply for my son who is 10 years old for naturalisation. Do I have to fill the MN1 form manually as per the following link? https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... n-form-mn1
I am confused by the fact that UKVI is accepting all application online now a days and filling MN1 by hand is still o.k?

It doesn't state the form is for specific regions.

Register a child under 18 as a British citizen if you live in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, a British Overseas Territory or if you live elsewhere and want to apply by post.

You must apply online if you are in the UK.

If you do not live in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or a British Overseas Territory, you can apply online.

Also, children under 18 are Registered as British. Only adults are naturalised.
