UK Naturalisation form questions

Hi all
I’ve recently submitted British citizenship by naturalisation form however, I have a question as I’m doubting if I did it right. I have a citizenship paper card of my home country Nepal but the government has recently just introduced a digital national identity card. In the application of naturalisation form it said ‘do you have national id but I chose the option no because I thought they were asking for the new digital card. Also, an Australian girl chose no but I’ve come to find that Australia doesn’t have a digital id. I’m worried if this will get my application rejected.
