I have been on work visa for 3 yrs now. But got married to a british man since May last year. Will i be able to apply for indefinite leave to remain now as Ive been here for more than 3 years? I have a newborn baby as well

No. You need 5 years on tier 2 or 5 years on a spouse visa.

There is no 3 year route to ILR and a baby makes no difference in speedy up the ILR time.
