Need advice regarding family visa / ILR

Post by MHMartinezR » Sun Sep 08, 2019 9:48 am

My husband has a Filipino daughter from his first marriage who currently lives in the Philippines. She just recently finished university and expressed her wish to make a life here with us in UK, but because she’s now 20 I don’t think that she will qualify to get a Family Visa. Is there another way or visa that she can apply for? For a bit more background, she was born before my husband became a British citizen.

She would have to find a visa she qualifies for in her own right, i.e. Tier 2, Tier 5, Tier 4 etc.
