Do I need to confirm my UK Bachelor's Degree with UK NARIC?

Do I need to confirm my UK Bachelor's Degree with UK NARIC?

Hello everyone,

I have UK Bachelor's Degree from University of East London. I am going to apply for a Fiance Visa. I am going to submit both the degree and the transcript. But do I need to get a confirmation certificate from UK NARIC to confirm that my degree was taught in English Language?
