But wot scares me that my ex threatened me that if she dnt get money for the baby she will report me to CSA?
Well you can't have it both ways, can you! If you are indeed the father then in principle you are liable to pay Child Support. But the amount of that Child Support is dependant on your income, and if your income is low or nil then such payments would nominal.

But also the child's mother cannot have it both ways. That is, if she denies you the ability to check the matter of paternity, how can you be expected to make Child Support payments?

Another matter to discuss with the Family Law Solicitor!

if she's asking for maintenance then she seems to be acknowledging you are the child.

If you are not earning then you will not be required by the CSA to pay - She can apply to the CSA for an assessment and they will assess your liability.

Most students can work at least 10 hours a week during term time (20 if they are studying at degree level) Why can't you work whilst on your student visa?

I have a very good idea.Ask her I am not paying CSA...You want to report..ok report it.She she made an application for CSA ..This means she is accepting you are father.Wow You can use this proof to make an application to home office.

First thing is get proofs you are father then make an application for contact in a family court.

Still I made you clear you can not switch inside UK to access to child visa.

Chances for DL are slim as home office can say nothing has stopped you to make an application from oversea.

There are lot if and buts in this case and you need a lot of time to prove these thing which you dont have.

ANother breaking news!

i had big arguementwith my EX , her husband spouse visa is refused cuz she is 19 and now they applied for DL on basis of that child, they put his name on birth certificate , i spoke to mother of my EX and she said we dont want u to be the father, he is lovely dad then u, and u denied the baby thts y we put his name! is it smthng they did un lawful?

shud i take them to court now? and i m 100% sure that 4 week old child is mine and i have txts from my ex in which she admitted the babby is mine?
