Well you can't have it both ways, can you! If you are indeed the father then in principle you are liable to pay Child Support. But the amount of that Child Support is dependant on your income, and if your income is low or nil then such payments would nominal.But wot scares me that my ex threatened me that if she dnt get money for the baby she will report me to CSA?
But also the child's mother cannot have it both ways. That is, if she denies you the ability to check the matter of paternity, how can you be expected to make Child Support payments?
