NEED HELP ON TIER 1 GENERAL VISA RIGHT OF APPEAL

Any one can help me,
The home office is not giving the right of appeal inn point base system. I have a tier 1 general visa. I got refusal from HO. But HO is not giving the right of appeal. Now i am in JR. Can i submit a case in court regarding Tier 1 general right of appeal. All point base system are not equal. Tier 1 are switch from HSMP to tier1 . Tier 1 general paying a tax and highly qualified persons. Plz some one help me to answer my question.

Hi, Please first advise us regarding the details and reason for your refusal and have you already applied for administrative review, lastly are you using any legal professional for your refusal,

My application refused on the base of self employment earning. i fail in earning test. They refused me in AR. Now i submit my JR through a solicitor. I want to know that why HO not give us right of appeal. Because we paid income tax and establish a business here.Can we apply to a court for justice why they stop right of appeal.

Full appeal rights for all points based system applicants has ended.

Depending on your dates, you can apply in another category or if you are confident enough you might consider going for judicial review against the reasons for refusal if you could prove that you fulfill requiments and should be given an extension.

The appeals are no more for any categories so no point it asking through JR. I would advise to seek advise / legal professional help.
