New Born Baby BRP

Post by jerryjose » Sat Jul 01, 2023 7:56 am

Dear Friends,
My son was born in UK and we have applied for his BRP on 24/05/2023, but till date we have not received any update from the Home Office, due to an unforeseen circumstances I have to travel to India next week, and I am worried how will I bring my son back if I do not get the BRP before we travel to India.
Request your help and suggestions.
Thanks and Kind Regards

Which dependant category?

Without a BRP, he has to apply for an entry clearance from India.

I think 34K creates a bit of a mess.
You may also lose the baby's BRP application's fees.
