New service centers ???

Hi there,

As there is New UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services centers open and now the old same day premium service is over; In what time we will get the decision as the application fee remains the same for ILR (LR) ???

Is there anyone who have applied through the new application center/system, please share your timeline or experiences. many thanks
