no visa

Post by Markgaffey » Sat May 10, 2025 5:56 pm

I was wondering if someone could help me

My partner has been here for 13 years now and we have a 10-year-old child who was born here. My partners visa ran out 10 years ago, she has to go and sign a register every 3 months. My question is, how long does she have to do this for? What other ways are there to get a visa/ work visa?

What visa did she hold that expired?

Until she applies for and is granted a visa or UKVI remove/deport her.

Has she not attempted to apply for any type of visa in the last 10 years?? If she has not, why not??

Also, what is your immigration status in the UK? What is the UK immigration status of the child?
