Non english speaking parents - help required

Hi,

I have my mother in law visiting us this weekend , but the problem is that she cant speak English at all. I learnt through a friend that we can write up some notes with a list of questions and answers explaining the purpose of her visit given that she cant speak english. I am sure many of us have been into this situation before so can you please send me any sample notes you might have prepared.

They do have access to interpreters at the airport if it is required.
