Hi, Can i claim child benefit for my daughter which is now 10years older.
We have been granted a permitt with "non recursive to public"
Can i apply for a housing benefit for my daughter(10) and son(7)

No, you cannot claim benefits if you have 'no recourse to public funds'. The only way you can apply is if you are granted ILR. What is your visa status?
