decision: refusal to vary or variation(para 322(3) of HC 395
In compliance with reg 2003 section 105 act 2002
Date of decision; june 2004
Last 2 paragraphs in notice of decision letter say: There is no appeal rights.
you are not required to leave UK as a result of the decision, but if you don't leave action may be taken to enforce your departure.
Alleged reasons of refusal; violated 5n conditions as was working and late application which is not true as I did apply in time and have evidence.
I came to study in 2003 full time and paid all year tuition before coming to uk
I have ever since lived in UK for over 12 years just surviving productive life ruined really, I had nothing to go back to in Zambia but its harder now. Have been studying a professional course on my own just something to lean on
All the lawyers I saw have always said had no chance a few months after refusal wrote a letter to enlighten Home office which I didn't follow through because I thought was gonna make case worse.
AM I AN ILLEGAL OVERSTAYER ?? and DO I FIT IN ANY CATEGORY TO APPLY REGULARISE MY STAY ???
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
