Not straightforward with new reference number

Hi,

I got the e-mail from BHC that my tier 4 application is not straightforward. I have new 7 digit number in e-mail.
Could any one let me know what could happen with my application ?
How about other accept/reject following the similar kind of e-mails ?

It is a standard response. We cannot guess what your application outcome would be.

But I can not skip curiosity and fear under which I am living now. I know you understand this.
Would appreciate if anyone share previous experiences like this.
