Number of days outside UK

Hi. A parent was given 2.5 leave to remain on a Ten Year Parent Route. She plans to visit back home and wanted to know whether there are any issues in her staying outside UK for say 6 to 8 weeks. Can someone please advise on this?

There is no absence limit for this visa route.

No but obviously you need to be resident in the UK, ie not living in home country and only popping into UK for visits and visa renewal.

You can go on holiday no issues.
