Hi All,

Interview started at 11AM and Finished at 2.30 PM for 3.50 Hours, two person interviewed me they asked me about my Account exact figures which ofcourse i can't remember it since 2015, about employee email communication and Client Email Communication.

They asked me about initial investment Documents, when i got the first T1 Ent Visa.

They want me to send all the Business Bank statement, and all other documents for last 6 month,before 5 th Apr 2019

In short interview didn't went well.

I want to vary my application to ILR based on 10 Years but i don't meet the salary threshold for my Dependents.

Seniors can you please guide me the best possible option for me.

So you have not met the criteria? On what basis?

I did met the criteria but i don't want to take a chance, as i already invested a lot of money and now i want to keep it safe.

The reason i said it didn't went because they were more focused about my exact figures from my 3 year account which ofcourse i can't memorize each and every transaction from 3 year Accounting period.

Did u apply for tier 1 Extension or ILR ?

If you read the first page of the topic, the user has clearly stated it is an tier 1 ent extension, not ILR.

Do i need to write a letter to T1 Team saying that i have varied my application to ILR LR, and also do i still need to send the additional documents to T1 Ent Caseworker that was asked during my Interview ?

You have no choice but to send the information to the compliance officer. Failure to do so will ensure your refusal and a possibility that they will use deception as an excuse in your refusal. Once tagged with that there is only one route and that involves the airport on the way home...

Varying your application at this stage is pointless, legal stay will include period under Tier 1. If you failed to meet those conditions but have stated you have one way on the other your tier 1 or ILR is likely to fail.

You say everything is fine under Tier 1 so why the panic?

just i don't want to take any chance. so even if i vary my application to ILR LR, still i need to send the additional documents ?

Yes - you are in the UK on a Tier 1 Ent visa, failure to supply info will lead to a negative impact. I am detecting you are not meeting the visa requirements.
