hi if a person is granted a visit visa to travel to northern ireland can they go fly through dublin ( also obtaining a visa for southern ireland) then get there passport stamped by the immigration office in belfast to declare there presence in the uk? thanks.

There is no passport control between the Republic of Ireland and the UK as they both form part of what is called the Common Travel Area.
