| mehtasa Junior Member Member # 1699 | Posted November 27, 2002 08:06 PM Hello, I am qualified for HSMP. I have only one issue. What is the definition of criminal record in applications. I was arrested and convicted once for DUI in 01/2002(Drinking and Driving). I paid the fine and took the alcohol program as judge ordered. Is this going to be a show stopper for my HSMP? I do not mind hiring reputed UK immigration lawyer for this. Any help will be much appriciated. Thanks. |
