I am getting married in December 2004 .She has a pakistani passport.Can I apply for my Wife's ILR at the same time as mine in April 2005? Also I know that I can apply for British Citizenship after one year of getting ILR i.e. April 2006. When can my wife apply for british citizenship? . does she need to fulfill the residancy requirement first or can apply at the same time as me? Many Thanks!
veritasen Junior Member Member # 7219	Posted November 10, 2003 07:35 AM Hi Rock26, Once you finished your 4 years of continous stay in UK you are eligible to apply for ur ILR and your will get the dependency ILR automatically -------------------- best regards Veritasen
