I have a very young baby (4 weeks). So ideally I would like to fly to the UK alone and then after six months bring my wife and baby. Is this allowed under the HSMP visa? Do I have to request for this at my Entry Clearance?

Thanks.

How long can they stay back before landing in the UK?
From what date is this accounted?
-HSMP approval date?
-EC date?
-My landing date in the UK?

their visas will expire on the same day as yours, regardless of when they enter the UK. the best way for you, as well as me, is to go to UK, find work, rent accomodation and then fly them in. this way you will save both money and stress.

I will follow same path- first go to UK, get decent paid job then bring family over.

Only problem is must get Doncaster to find my application.

Hi JG,

how far with your application. Well, just keep us posted on what happens.

I am sure your documents are there somewhere.

Regards.

Mr TJ

Man, oh man, I wish I should have used an agency to submit my application - I wonder why I didn't follow through...

Sadly, I am horror-strucked to know this can happen in this day of age.
