Hello,

I think this is my first topic after a month or more here and hope it will work well.

I got my reference letters from past employers and I wonder if what they have included is fine. I think that letters I currently have are standard reference letters and include the dates of employement and some recomendation words. Not so detailed the type of work. I mean if someone writes: this man worked for me as a software developer - is it clear that this is a role that typically requires a degree?

(2) Other than that I have references for 4 years which excludes my current job. I cannot request references - this is against company policy and they will know that I wanna quit. So I am thinking of including secondment letters, do you think this will work?

You may say that I have 4 years from other employers so it is not important. The potentialy wrong thing is that a year and a half from my past experience overlaps with my study and I know that they might not like that.

Please let me know of your thoughts.

Thanks

Do your best and provide as much relevant evidence as possible. Don't forget other documents may indirectly support your work experience claims (such as education, achievements, earnings, etc.)
