Postings here are in english and I suggest if you need more people to understand what it is all about just post in english. On the otherhand I think SBS scheme is pretty clear explained on the IND web site and everyone who can read english would be able to do well. As for the people that do not know English I think an agency will be needed but for the same reason this should be a local agency.
