Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, we would certainly be able to help with your Italian work permit [permesso di lavoro] application. It is usually possible to obtain an Italian work permit in around three months time if you have a job offer by an Italian company. A written offer, or even better - a contract will be required; your potential employer may want to condition your contract on whether you'll be able to obtain a valid Italian work permit within 3-4 months. That's OK.

The immigration authorities will have you show that you possess the right experience and education for the envisaged job. Also, your potential employer will have to present evidence that he has been trying to find a suitable Italian candidate for the position and not succeeded. This is a rather formal exercise which can be mastered relatively easily. In other words: we will depend on the cooperation of your Italian employer in the application process, but if you involve us, we'll keep their hassle to a minimum and make sure that you can get on-site as quickly as possible.

Feel free to e-mail me at marcis.gobins@workpermit.com if you have any further questions.

Best of luck with your interview!
