Hi

Since Australia and Ireland have a Working Holiday Scheme (and I presume you hold an Australian passport) then you are able to apply for a Working Holiday Visa for Ireland at the Irish Consulate in the Netherlands (if you are currently on a Working Holiday Visa or just visiting in the Netherlands). I don't believe you require a job offer to get the working holiday visa for Ireland (as long as you are an Australian citizen).

Hope this helps!
