Hi
I have been working in germany since last 1
year as IT professional and i am on green card.I want to know

-After how many years of living in germany i can apply for Permanent Residence of germany

Hi,

5 years + 1 day, I think. A German Green Card may be valid/extendable for up to 5 years. However, once that period is over, you may apply for another German work permit, alas not through the German Green Card scheme, but it's still possible. What's most important is that you need a prospective German employer who is willing to 'sponsor' your German work permit application.
