I'm going through the paperwork and they are asking me for rare skills/languages that might make the process easier. Any suggestions? And what would happen if I put down something that I don't plan to use on this project? Anyone out there can give me a good estimate as to how long it generally takes to go through the red tape? Anything else that would help? Would it be worth it to learn some Catalan, for example, if my choice city was Barcelona?
