kinsh Junior Member Member # 4664 | Posted August 02, 2002 06:35 AM i am marrying a greek citizen and she will be going to work in belgium, i am not a EU citizen, so do i need a work permit to work if i live with her in belgium after marriage?if i need a work permit then what procedure should i follow in my particular case?if anyone knows of a good website which has the details of work permit and residency permit for Belgium then please do let me know. Deleted Member Member # 128 | Posted August 02, 2002 10:12 AM Spouses of EEA nationals do not need a work permit; you may freely work in Belgium thanks to her. Registration might be required but you'll have to contact the Belgian authorities/consulate to find out more. |
