| mel23861 Junior Member Member # 5179 | Posted September 02, 2002 04:07 PM I am a German national having been resident in the UK for 3 years on the electoral role, paying taxes, financially stable etc etc. I have met a NON UK/ Non EU national. Do I follow the same process as a UK national resident in the UK who wishes to bring this person to the UK as their spouse/fiancee or is there a different process ? |
| Duffer Member Member # 4389 | Posted September 17, 2002 05:52 PM It's a seperate process. Your spouse needs to apply for an EES family permit to enable him/her to remain in the Uk and work as well. Contact the local British Embassy in here home country for further details. |
