Marcis Member Member # 4 | Posted October 23, 2002 01:03 PM Hi, You need a job offer from an Irish company, for a start. Your prospective employer must then apply for a work authorisation/working visa (depending on what passport you hold) on your behalf. If they are not keen on going through the hassle of a work permit application, we would be happy to help. You can e-mail us at ireland@workpermit.com. I should add that it's not a real hassle though, as Ireland has one of the most reasonable work permit application procedures in Europe, but there are still lots of employers who think it's a nuisance and would prefer to entrust someone else with doing the application. Here are some websites for online jobsearch in Ireland: Some Irish newspaper sites with information on job vacancies: Good luck! -------------------- Marcis Gobins, Consultant |
