Hello,

I have heard rumours about a new "European citizenship" law that will provide the citizenship accoding to the sum of the years you spent in European Union country.
Does anyone know more?

BR,
Cristian

Sa vedem daca iti mai verifici mesajul. Ceea ce tu spui este oarecum gresit. Ca sa fii cetatean UE trebuie mai intii sa fii cetatean al unei tari care face parte din UE. Fiecare tara UE are legile ei proprii in privinta emigrarii care sunt foarte diferite intre ele. Daca vreisa stii mai multe scrie-mi la : hausgg@yahoo.com

Well you're someone with a Romanian name who doesn't speak Romanian. Quite new!
What I was trying to tell u is that u're quite wrong. To be a UE citizen u must have a UE citizenship.Every UE country has its own laws regarding emigration and belive me are very different from one to another. So yes you have to wait a period of time but that depends much on the laws of the country u're living in and want to get citizenship. Write me: hausgg@yahoo.com

Thank you, yes, I thought so...
By the way, you got me wrong - I am not the one who asked! I don't have a romanian name and I don't speak romanian
Thanks anyway.
