Sanjay Sachdev Junior Member Member # 328 | Posted November 08, 2001 05:34 AM My query is regarding Points on Work Experience. What if the principal applicant has 7 years of work experience at the time of applying? How many points he/she can claim under work experience? For 6 years work experience it is 3 points, for 8 years of work experience it is 4 points? What if the work experience is 7 years at the time of submitting the application form under General skills category for migration to New Zealand? How many points can be claimed? Please reply. sachdev19@hotmail.com |
Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted November 08, 2001 03:46 PM Hi You could claim 3 points for seven years of work experience. It might be worth waiting until you have eight years of full-time work experience in a field relevant to your degree if you need that additional point, since once you have eight years of work experience, you can claim 4 points. Hope this helps! Elfa -------------------- Elfa Kere, Consultant |
