Online application submitted, waiting for Service Centres

I submitted my online British citizenship application on 6th May 2020. As we know that the Sopra Steria centres are closed for now, is there a likelihood that the application processing will start before the biometrics appointment, or the HO only starts looking at applications once the applicants have appeared at the Sopra Steria centres to show their documents and give biometrics?

In such a case, should I be uploading all documents now or wait until I get my appointment?

I had provided my current employment details in the citizenship application, but there's a possibility I might change my job and start working for a new employer. How would I rectify it on my citizenship application, as we cannot go back to change the derails provided?
