India Tourist Visa Document

Hi, Can someone help with a list of Indian visa documents for a normal visa and also for a medical visa. Currently, hold UK passport but in the past held an Indian passport.

Thank you. For the medical Visa, it says we need to have a letter from the Doctor in the UK and also from the hospital in India.

Getting the letter from India is not an issue, but for the UK- is there a set format that needs to be used. Can anyone share sample doc?

The document must have name, medical condition and kind of treatment required.

Unless you forsee and seek long leave to remain in India for medical treatment its better to get a tourist visa and get treatment done.
