Indian tourist visa document

Hello,

I am a British Citizen now and have yet to apply for OCI. But need to go to India on a semi-urgent basis. I am applying for a tourist visa to India

I wanted to know what documents are required for the same. A while back I had a bad experience at VFS when there was an additional list of documents/copies that were required but not mentioned on the website but I am unable to recall them now
