Overstayed during tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Hi my psw visa expired on Feb 2016. I been to one of leading firm and they told me to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa. He agreed to prepare all paper work required in that category. He was failed to prepare documents so he apply for flro p to buy some time. So he apply mine and wife flro in Feb 2016.application was refused in June and after that he prepare documents and submitted application in August. That time he did not apply my spouse visa and told me that he put representation and when I got visa we will apply ur spouse visa. Again visa refused and h.o said that we did not apply within 28days and did not award a single point. Again put admin review which us also refused but few points were considered like advertising material. After that he go judicial review. Now thus is main turning point I came UK in 2010on student visa. In sep 2017he got refusal but he did not inform me about this. Now I receive home. Office invoice of 600pound and went to his office. Its been more than six month and you guys did not inform me. They said it was a virus and we thought u went back. All my degree with them. Now I am stuck and do not know what to. My question is if I went back for entry earache what are my chances to get student visa after one year ban.
Second in mean while my wife put separate case of article 8. I have 2 kids born in this country and older one is nearly 3 year old. What are my chance if I merge in their application.

Likely no chance on this route as the children are still small and could easily adapt in home country. Just being born in the UK does not give any special rights or privileges.
