OverStaying in pakistan more than 3months.

Hi guys just new here. Am on spouse visa 2nd extension.I need a bit advice am so confused at the moment am going to pakistan for more than 3months. I heard i cant stay outside the country more than 3months and visa will be cancell and have reapply for my extension I do want to stay 4,5 months just wondering what will be process is it true that i have to apply again and any court case ? So confused and upset at the moment

There is NO absence lint for a spouse visa holder. Nothing at all like 90 days max. Not sure where you got this idea from or heard this!!

So can i stay 120 days if i want to ? Or definitely 90 days

You can stay as long as you want. There is no absence limitation for a spouse settlement visa holder.

You heard wrongly, there is no limit to the time you can stay out of the country. You can stay as long as you want however ensure that your cohabitation evidence/proof of living together keeps being generated.
