Pakistani passport UK T1 Visa

Hello guys,

My very good friend a business man lives in the UK with his family who all have UK T1 Visa. They still have Pakistani Passport. Can they come visit me in Ireland for the weekend with UK T1?

Or, they need to apply for Irish Visa (a painful process).
