PANIC ATTACK: Job promotion means 12 months payslip?

Hey I recently got promoted in my company, so my wage has increased. The questions on Appendix 2(settlement visa for spouse) about my salary being the same throughout the last 6 months is stressing me out. my wage is not the same, plus I got bonuses in my march Pay. I am well above the thresholds almost twice as much. but does that mean I need to provide 12 months bank statement and payslips or still 6 months enough??
