Parellel Applications for ICT extension and New Skilled worker Visa

I Need help with below situation,

I am currently on ICT tier 2 visa which expires on June 30th extension process from my employer is in progress, Visa fee is not yet paid. However I have received a new job offer and they will be applying for Skilled worker visa.(They have started the process but haven't applied yet). I am hesitant to resign from current post until I have final confirmation and attended biometric appointment for skilled worker visa.

My question is
Is it ok for both employers to file visa applications? My current employer for extension of ICT(now global mobility) and new employer for fresh skilled worker visa?

You cannot have two CoS's assigned to you and you cannot have two applications submitted at the same time.

A new employer will only be able to assign a CoS if your current employer withdraws their CoS.
