Passport application - webchat help from those who've used it

First time passport application.

Royal Mail delivered my expired US passport I used to enter the UK+current US passport+naturalization certificate to Hemel Hempstead on 23 July at 7:30 AM.

They have still not linked anything to my application.

Tried webchat a couple of times but the most careless people there.

For those of you who have either used webchat or talked to someone over the phone, can you please guide what you told them so as to make them act and help you? I am really nervous exacerbated by my clinical depression.

I will be thankful to all those who can share their experience.

Wait a few days.

It is peak season for passport applications and rhey receive thousands every week.

It takes a few days to go from post room to next step etc.

It's only been a couple of days. Wait until next week at least. Very common to wait a few days after royal mail has delivered to see the link to the documents appear on their system.
